Cocoa Cookies
Ingredients:
300gr of pastry flour
300gr of pastry flour
130gr of superfine sugar
150gr of butter
3 egg yolks
30gr unsweetened cocoa powder
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and put the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes. Rolled out the cookies dough and use the cookie cutters to make the shapes you like.

in oven for 10/12 minutes at 175°C.
Biscotti al Cacao

gr di cacao
Procedimento:
Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti
insieme a mettere l’impasto nel frigo per 30 minuti. Stendere l'impasto ed
adoperate le formine che preferite per fare i vostri biscotti.
In forno per 10-12 minuti a 175°
C.
