Rise donuts
Rice donuts are a bit of overindulgence here and there. Although fried food is not healthy, we balance with rise healthy properties (gluten free so it can be eaten by celiac people; full in potassium and sodium free thus it can be consumed by people with hypertension), with raisin (with antioxidants; it's a natural support to prevent heart diseaseas) and with pine nuts (rich in copper, iron, vitamin K and E; it's useful to prevent heart diseases). So! Now do not over eat them just because I listed their healthy properties. If you do not have health problems and conduct a wholesome lifestyle...a sweet now and then does not hurt ;) Ingredients: ½ Liter of milk (semi-skimmed), 130g of rise (not parboiled), 150g of durum wheat, rog of raisin, 50g of pine nuts, 2 egg yolks, 1 sachet of vanilla, 5g of sugar, one lemon grated zest, 25g of brewer's yeast, 50ml of water, 3 spoons of icing sugar, oil to fry (for this recipe I ha
